Make A Wish

Today is my day off. I am meeting a friend for lunch and doing lots of errands.

Here is a birthday greeting I made the other day...

The paper is My Mind's Eye and the embellishment is K&Co. I cut paper for my sentiment with one of the Nestabilities Labels - but only used half.

And, I forgot to post my new personalized 3 Designing Women stamp that I ordered from Paper Source. Now, all my creations are undeniably mine!

Butterfly Demographic

A lot of cardmaking goin' on yesterday. I am trying to make cards that appeal to a certain demographic which is not easy.

I picked up some new MS butterfly stamps yesterday and put them straight to use when I got home.

The paper is from GCD Studios and the sentiment is from PaperTrey Ink. I am really enjoying my new stamps from there!

This thank you card I made with papers from Fancy Pants. The sentiment is from the letterpress occasions tags that I bought at Paper Source. You can tell it's letterpressed because the paper is a textured paper and it needs to be "fluffy" so that the letters can make an impression in the paper.

Here's to Celebrating M&M Cookies

A friend of mine is having a birthday today! So, yesterday I whipped up a card and a batch of M&M Cookies, which I had never made before.

I used papers from Cosmo Cricket's Social Club collection and stamps from Paper Trey Ink (LOVE them!)

The little origami folded box that I put the cookies in is so easy to make. It was recently featured on Donna Mundinger's blog. You can watch the youtube video here.
